Video compilation of the last two weeks of representative route testing action. Enjoy 😃

Train is scheduled to make the return trip to Philadelphia this Saturday (4/17), so keep an eye out for it.

Saw this video yesterday and I love it! Thanks for following it everywhere!

    God, that 8866 was a rocket...and 8850. 8981 was a good one too ugh.

Definitely remembered 8850 when it was on KB years before it touched Brooklyn grounds. Riding it on the Bx10 to go to school and back home. Great ride and took off great!

I'll be in back in NYC. Will the M continue to run along CPW in future weekends?

I just checked the weekender. It looks like the (M) will be running via CPW again! It mainly has to do with the (1)/(2)/(3) trains not running at all. The (2) is diverted to Lex AVE line. The (1) terminates at 137th street. The (3) does not run at all. It’s good to see the (C) gets some help in the weekend.

I found an interesting r179 video on YouTube. I left NYC a few days ago (summer vacation) and I'm still out of town and I found this r179 video with the M trains running on CPW?? That's kind of odd. Lol!!

There was massive weekend service changes, this weekend.

I posted a nice video of the 7 at sunset, and someone even joked when I mentioned appreciating the subway, saying "What would this sub do if it couldn't comment "tHaT pRoBaBlY sMeLlS lIkE pIsS" every day"

They say all that nonsense, and I’m saying imagine if there was no mass transit at all.

Anyways, 10 car R179 delivery dates? Is it too soon to know?

I would like to take the R179 A from 59st st to 125st st express and feel its acceleration. Some of the T/Os drive super fast in this segment with avg speed of 50+mph if my calculation is correct.

That might be a bit... dangerous. Also there are timers on that stretch. But I do think it averages around 40 MPH between 96th and 110th streets.
