i know this may never happen for another 25 yrs but do you think the MTA can route the new 2nd ave line thru 3rd Ave in the Bronx to co op mall and end it along the s4th st already made station to utica ave line KP floyd bennet field and the other branch could possibly go to 4th ave with R
From what i understand the express only beats the local by a minute or 2 half the time the express is delayed
Depending where like if the A and C is leaving nostrand and the A is delayed its gonna meet at Utica
The ACE need countdown clocks because of the fact that the A goes various location the same countdown closk on the present # line or L the new ones suck ass
I'm still thinking of the B103 to spring creek it can even just take flatlands and run parallel the B84 because I feel bad for the people who work in gateway and have to make many transfers the only benefit it will one ride from downtown park slope to ENY easily and gateway mall it only needs 2 more additional stops after Williams avenue maybe 3 van sicklen ave one stop in gateway new neighborhood then the mall
The yard is down the street anyways
I MEAN i agree with starett city blocking up the route but it would give them another choice to get to red hook flatbush, downtown and the new neighborhood in spring creek needs all the bus it can get since there nowhere near trains so this is how i see the benefit
It would be nice to revive the bay ridge line it would do south Brooklyn like a crosstown but it gotta make connections somewhere like Bway junction and by the M line but where would it head I'm thinking
How about the 103 bus gets extended to gateway mall by the summer it is a one sit for people living in Flatbush, park slope, Canarsie , red hook to gateway
And the mall got more stores coming
