Are the Staten Island Express routes going to use the same code but with the route change (if that's the correct term) the week before the change? (For example: X1 to SIM1)

    -----------

Also, 1001-1012, 1014 is on the Bx6 SBS as the New Flyer XN40 unwrapping will start soon. 720 is unwrapped from the previous note.

Are there any depot assignments for these buses

LFS - where are they going ?

XN60 - West farms and Jackie Gleason only?

XD40 - what other depots besides Flatbush and Eny are these units?

Would 7616 & 7617 head to Flatbush since they are ready and wrapped for SBS service? Will the allotments change for Bush and East New York change as a result of the SBS82 being postponed?

Noticed that 9503 is still at the facility and hasn't been delivered over to Grand Avenue. I'm only guessing that GA is making room thus getting rid of some 40xx buses and presumably some RTS to make room for the XDE's? Correct?

The B82 SBS is not postponed. That’s just a rumor going around , The MTA nor the DOT did not confirm the B82 is  being postponed

But what's the point in saying you are postponing it to get more comments, then cutting off the comments. It just shows how dishonest the entire process has been.

Honestly I don’t think they are postponing it . Work and construction is still being done and the DOT wants sbs on the 82 so there going to put it on the 82 .

And the B41 will face even more opposition than the B82. The Flatbush Avenue merchants are dead set against it after seein the results on Nostrand and on Utica.

Assemblyman Cymbrowitz announced it on Facebook before that article came out. He wouldn't have done that f it weren't true. And sometimes when it's in the paper, you can't believe it's true. Courier Life announced about three months ago that a B44 SBS stop would be added at Avenue R. Then the MTA changed their mind after DOT and the MTA both agreed, and the stop was not installed.

I find it so weird that the Brooklyn sbs routes are facing the most opposition

I'll say this.. It may have some red flags. However, there hasn't really been movement on the Canarsie side for SBS82 with exception or Remsen Avenue, and Ralph Avenue.

Haven't seen any construction along Utica Avenue and along Avenue K.

What do you mean every stop has the machine stands expect for rockaway Parkway station east of Ralph all the way to spring Creek

  8. I don’t understand these people in Southern Brooklyn. They aren’t the only  area with delays along the B82 look at rockaway station going around that small area can take up to 20 mins the whole route is prone to delays . The people of Southern Brooklyn are making it such a big deal . The 82 isn’t the only sbs route that had problems and protest . You complain about lack of service and efficiency but then what the mta tries to implement something you guys protest . Now delaying the B82 sbs for all communities along the route . Which are all in need of better service

If it did ENY and The Real would let us know. Gut feeling the next order of the LFSA would go to Manhattan and the Bronx to bump out the rest of the older LFSA buses and retire the D60s. Until bus company get their buses ENY artics will be scattered. I think half are going to Quill for the time being and the other half is on the Q52 sbs.

But doesn’t the Queens depot only want and only use new flyer xd60s for their artic routes hence why they converted  the Q44 to an xd60 route, so I don’t the Lfs will go to the Q52

Jamaica to Downtown Brooklyn = Too long.

    1) it's essentially an Atlantic Center to Jamaica via Atlantic Avenue & LIRR. Atlantic Avenue is already traffic proned. Bad enough you don't have TSP or bus lane signaling on all Brooklyn routes.

    2) Ridgewood to Jamaica (This proposal is very new). Didn't know that was in consideration. What route(s) will be used? Will it come out of Grand, Fresh Pond or Jamaica depots?

    3) Ridgewood to Downtown Brooklyn. At least this proposal is picking a bit of steam. For right now it's possibly coming out of Grand and XD60's will be used. However, the routing is still undetermined.

I would say going via myrtle the whole route
