Hold up. Ain’t Spring Creek Local 100 now? They no longer at ATU 1181 as of late 2017 when the agreement was made. Correct me @SevenEleven if I’m stating this incorrectly. @R170 Where you at SC prior to the Local 100 switch?

Nah. What's your title? You can ask whomever is in charge of timekeeping to look you up in UTS and tell you your status.

If you never went sick/FMLA (or otherwise missed work), or wasn't extended, then your probation ends the year after your hire date.

Bus Operator, just asking because I'm a crossover from Mta Bus (Spring Creek ATU-1181) and served two years full time while there, and I originally was told that I’d have to start probation all over but now I'm hearing from other bus operators that theres a new agreement where crossover don’t have to start probation all over we just lose our seniority. No one at the depot can give me and affirmative answer and just yesterday two operators had there probation shortened because of the time served at mta bus

It can take anywhere from 3-90 days.  However, MTA has a reputation of longer than normal wait times. As a result, many have to take the urine more than once.  If you guys passed the urine test, you should hear back soon. I think the next training class is April 1.

Tell me about it, this is my 3rd time taking the drug test smh

  4. I received a letter from Mta today stating that “in over for me to be considered for the next bus Operator class I must report to the Nyc Department of Administration services the week of February 4 to restore my name to the list due the fact that all vacancies have been filled”
