Yeah I’m confused it lists everything to bring the completed packet original ss card original birth certificate and a class b license or permit with no passenger restriction. I would assume that’s for b/o but the email says it’s a conditional offer for t/o.

Just got the email for conditional employment for t/o 7604 it says I need a valid class b commercial drivers lincense or permit. Is this true I don’t remember seeing anything about that. I will be calling in the morning to inquire.

Well so far I’ve passed 2 drugs tests from the mta and when I’ve spoken to them they said we don’t call to tell you that you passed but we will contact you if you fail.

My number is 12xx and I still haven’t heard back since the canvass from July 30 2020. I called and they told me to be patient.

Has anyone else completed the July 31 canvass form for t/o 7604 and not heard back yet? My number is 12xx and yes I am above 1228. What is the number to call to speak to someone at 180. I did my first drug test November 2018 second in July 2019.
