  1. I know that the weird thing is the R211S didn’t have issue and it was push to March 2024. I guess they were focus with the R211A issues.
  2. So that’s a total of 7 sets in service correct.
  3. I know just like the R211A when they said September 2022 Revenue testing and it got push to March 2023. The MTA always comes with dates that is not always true.
  4. That’s what the MTA mentioned on the October 2023 conference which is yes.
  5. Didn’t I just mentioned that about the R211T. I know it’s not the same as a pilot set like the R211A and R211S which the first one are pilot sets that requires 30 days. Compared to a prototype it needs much more testing than just 30 days. Since it’s too early to determine if it works well. Which makes sense my they placed it on the C line. Eventually the R211T will have a better version just like they did with the R110A/B. Which we now see R142/A, R143 and R160.
  6. I know that R211T don’t have production cars since there are just prototypes. But they still need to be testing to make sure it works because the MTA decide to order an option order. Just like they did back in 1993 with the R110A/B for the 2 and A lines.
  7. Yes prototype are test fleets which is similar to the R110A/B to see if they are able to run way on the tracks. Either way a prototype is very similar to a pilot set when it comes to testing to make sure it works properly. I have seems how pilot and prototype works by living in NYC even since being born and raise there. I don’t need someone like you to tell me what I don’t know. Because prototype cars and not the same as production cars when it comes to testing. Do you remember back in 1993 when the R110A appeared on the 2 line for testing. Which has tested as passenger service for about 5 years before they decide to put the R142 doing testing back in 1999 and their debut has on July 2000 same with the R142a on the 6.
  8. It’s doesn’t matter it’s not a production set which means it has to go through a 30 day revenue test.
  9. Look R211T and R211S both are pilot sets which means they have to go through a 30 day test no matter what. That’s how the MTA if they are able to run well just as the same process they did with the pilot R211A. Do you even know how a pilot train works.
  10. You are aware that R211T is a pilot set which requires a 30 day revenue test. Only production cars are not required a 30 day. Also R211S are exact same as an R211A too and they are doing a 30 day revenue on that’s one in March next month.
  11. If that’s the case then R211S don’t need a 30 day since they all part of the base order. The MTA mentioned in the last conference introduction the R211T saying it’s doing a 30 day to see how it does before they order more of them.
  12. Again incorrect the memo states the R211T is doing a 30 day test same as the R211A. If it was that case they wouldn’t do a non revenue test for over a year.
  13. Incorrect the memo mentioned the R211T is doing a 30 day revenue test on the C line. They are not part of the R211A 30 day don’t know from where you are getting that info from. If it was that case it wouldn’t take over a year for R211T to do non revenue testing.
  14. Not true when the R211A did its 30 day test it ran on the weekends
