When was 1200 scrapped? I still have 1200 in service at KB. 1201, 1205, 1212, 1224, 1246, 1248-1249 & 1271 were at ECH Scrap.

ECH has only had local buses since NYBS was taken over by MTA Bus on July 1, 2005 and once the MTA took over Queens Surface, the MTA transferred the QBx-1 (now the Q-50) to ECH Depot. The NYBS owner did not want the Orions.

They also should have preserved MaBSTOA RTS #2201 because it was the first RTS delivered and the only RTS with 4 roof hatches. #2201 was delivered to Kingsbridge about a month before #1201 was delivered to Flatbush.

Don't forget that it's the manufactured date that's the correct date, not the delivery date.

It's a 2005 which would make it 19 years old. But don't worry, it's for MTA Bus, so it doesn't really matter! LOL MTA Bus is used to being treated like a stepchild.

They're down to just 6 OG's left. I don't think they'll make it into April at this rate.
