Don't blame you there, Pablo. According to WPIX 11 News, the Mom told Jersey City police she lost control of the car, sending it, her and her daughter through the fence, over the small cliff and onto the PATH tracks where they landed upside down near a third rail. WPIX also aired a video that shows where Cottage Street ends at the PATH tracks, the fence and the car on the tracks. I posted a link to the WPIX news story and video. Have a wonderful day. 70(EE)
