This list was for the "NEW" scheme that is being placed on the Orion Low Floor CNGs, Hybrids and New Flyer D60HFs. However, since my conversation with a member of the forums...I will re-add the RTS (1996-1999 RTS) and Orion DIESELS only since tey are getting repainted...yet again. This way there's no confusion. I know you knew that "MHV9218" but just wanted others to know as well. Ok. So why didn't someone post it? Ok. Also "Cait Sith" also had an Orion V (#6180 I think) that was repainted so I will post that along with yours. Thanks! If that #8850, then it's already on the list. This is pathetic! Why would you renumber these buses into the 1000s...AGAIN! SMFH! They should have just renumbered them into the 1100s (if they were planning on keeping them) and then be done with them. Now all you are going to see on those wiki sites are: MTA All-time roster: 1000-1004 (I) 1996-1997 New Flyer D60HF 1000-1004 (II) 1999-2000 New Flyer D60HF Something like that. UGH! I can't wait until those 1000s (II) are retired. 1001 on the Q52, 1003 seen on Cross Bay Blvd. Please.

I assume those "Internal Routes" mean routes that pick up drivers from the 38th St Yard outside the PABT and bring them to the garage?

What they should have done was renumber ALL the artics to the 1100s (1110-1199) since there are NO buses using those numbers.

Well, made a special trip into the city (for a BRIEF moment) and I saw #4818 on the Q56, which was the ONLY Xcelsior I saw at that time. Yes, I agree with "MHV 9218"...the bus was partly repainted. Speaking of repaints, it looks like #9132 was brought BRAND NEW with the "MTA Bus" logo and was loaned to MTA NYC Transit as it was on the Q5 LIMITED this afternoon. I know, I know that bus came from MTA BUS after being with NYC Transit...but damn that bus looked good.

Actually I was thinking the same thing when I started this. I will remove the RTS AND Orion 05.501 buses UNLESS they are repainted in the "NEW" scheme...which I tend to doubt. Less confusion for everyone. Well, not necessarily...at Jamaica...#4657-4659 have the same type of numbers like #3851 BUT they were not repainted. Actually, looks like Jamaica is slowly slipping back into it's "WTF" days as those three in particular looks like sh#$%^! Buses #4474, #4533 and #4618 were delivered with that white trim on the front. Everyone, should I just include them on the list JUST to get them out of the way UNLESS they really have been repainted? If so, then I might as well add buses #3834, #3851 and #4230 since they got "somewhat" of a repaint. Really? I mean should I add this even though it's scheduled "repaint" is not until 2014?

Actually, it's both! Remember, not each depot is fixing their own buses. Remember the Orion 05.501 buses at Queens Village and Jamaica? They are going to Casey Stengel as someone reported here earlier.

After re-reading this post, I realized that what I posted somewhat made no sense. What I was trying to say is that maybe there's a reason why LGA is not getting any more "NEW" buses. The D.O.B. pretty much knows what's going on at LGA and how many drivers are sitting around waiting for a bus. However, kind this in mind...when this 690 bus order starts to come in, those 1996 RTS buses COULD be on their way out so...possibly back to a bus shortage for LGA again? Like I said, the D.O.B. knows what they are doing.

Wait a minute, you want Hybrids? I thought you didn't like those. Also keep in mind that LGA is getting screwed with no buses. I know we (especially you and I) have been over this before. There's obviously a reason why LGA is "gettting screwed" if you will.
