  3. i quess u r saying that they are listed as spit line, i'm say way not indicate that they are operated fully on weekends.

Because to be brutally honest, I'm the one running that roster show and doing the coding work on my own and its a little bit more unnecessary work than I care to do. Having it listed as a split line, which that's what it is and having the notation that Charleston is open M-F only should suffice enough to those who use the left sides of their brains. Just saying...

New Addition to the Depot Roster! We now show the buses that are currently Out of Service at a Vendor or a CMF<br />

Good luck with that one bro, that's gonna be a PITA to keep up with...

No different than keeping up with the moves... Like fine wine, the roster is getting better with time!

thanks for he info could u plese indicate specialweekend assignment since ch is no longer open.

Um, if you look its there, look at charleston...then look at yukon...

  5. Doubt what? They wouldn't have 4897 there for nothing if they wasn't getting some XD60's. I know it's there for training because I heard they're getting XD60's and a biggie told me himself. But we'll see what's going to happen as time goes by.

That makes ZERO sense, they would not send a bus they would not be getting. There is more than enough XD60s lingering around for them to send one to MQ for training, much like 4734 being at GH right now. How are you going to train operators on a XD40 when the XD60s function differently and are mechanically a different animal. So either MQ is getting a couple of XD40s themselves OR its there for some type of special need.

  6. Sorry about the date error, did that update half asleep.

    Same with 6666 & 6667....

Last I heard, BusTime might get scrapped because its"not working". Computers are screwing up a lot and the GPSs are sending and setting the wrong information on the buses over to the network.

It works, I say 85% of the time perfectly. However, I can't see them scrapping the system, if anything they'll work on a solution to get it all right.

  7. Btw, 5407-5408 are still in service, no? I see them still in the database as TU buses, and I can't imagine that 5407 would be retired considering it was basically completely rebuilt.

They are physically in the depots, but are sitting OOS with Scrap on their windshields since the 6th of January.

Well, just got confirmation that the GPS systems in some of these buses can not be trusted. 6789 is showing being in Karnataka, India. some 8000+ miles away....Meanwhile it was in service yesterday.

  8. From pictures I see and buses I take, lga buses don't look any worse than other buses around the system. I really am not seeing what you guys are seeing...

I D K what buses YOU riding from LG, but get on any garden variety LG RTS or Orion V (I ride them daily), do a good look around you inside and out, then go ride, say a Fresh Pond RTS....

  9. And LGA gets nothing yet again. Sigh.

Good, LG don't need to be beating up anything else right now. Its a shame how those RTSs and Orion Vs look. I don't want to hear any excuses neither, most of those buses came to LG is almost like new condition. The Orion 7 Gen II+s, god bless them are getting repainted, but those Orion 7 Next Generations are looking like they've been there for over 10 years! Luckily most of the MCIs are just Rush Hour buses or they'd look like shit too. #truth
