  8. Makes me glad I did all the recordings of all the Subway lines (if they had the annouments going) like 8 years ago.. One of them I think when she said Rockaway sounded like she was trying to hold in laugher.
  9. The address of the place I'm trying to get to is 56-15 Northern Blvd in Woodside Brooklyn but looking on Google streets says it has 2 subway stops on Broadway but looking at the street view I don't see them? It says the M & R stop along Broadway I just can't find the subway locations.

  11. My thing is I already have a ticket to GCT and a Metro card so taking the airtrain really cost me nothing

  15. I may try and go back to the med size but not much I can bring back
  16. The Canal Street sign seems to be a fav.. Here is one I took way back in 2009
  17. Well seeing as I can't pack everything in my med sized luggage I had to go to the large size, so for me it's just the luggage and laptop bag.
  18. The voice system needs a overhaul some transfers at some stations are spoken by a male while the others are female seems incomplete.
  19. That is so true.. I have to end up looking at the FIND display.
  20. Yeah I know It was friken hard doing all that.. to this day I shutter at thinking all that riding I did.. I may be moving to Brooklyn so I wont no longer have to make trips from CT anymore
  21. OR... take the 1:06 AM train from Greenwich to GCT (2:05) then take the Subway.. but now I'm going to be too early but rush hour would no longer be a factor that's also the last off-peak before peak starts at 4:52 AM.
  22. OK I told her my plans and she did not like the idea at all.. because it's a Monday and around rush hour.. Being as I don't live around the station how packed is it going to be? Maybe I should move my whole times earlier starting from MNRR.
  23. yeah it has a ticket office never thought to use that but good call about the onboard peak fare.
  24. Some people might remember me.. I rode the subway for 24 hours trying to recorde each voice for each stop.. I will say I will NEVER do something like that again.. I was exahusted to the max! I still have them from.. I think 5-7 years ago lol it's been so long.
