Could an employee please clarify the overnight outdoor work restriction? I know that non-emergency work on elevateds is absolutely prohibited for safety reasons. But what about places where the track is on solid ground and there is no risk of the workers falling (such as embankments, grade level, and open cuts)?

The added running time is what leads to buses running early as you saw.

Due to AC power failure, train is suspended the entire line.

If a passenger short-drops (pays a partial fare) is there a button the B/O can press to issue a transfer? I think I've seen this happen on NICE before.

The Facebook page provides valuable near-real time updates and they often respond to service questions. But most of these updates never make it to the NICE site, which could be a problem given the high senior/disabled/poor ridership of NICE who may not have Facebook to "know before you go", let alone on the go.

I suspect traction motor failure or train shedding debris leading to arcing and smoke (like what happened a few times in WMATA a few months ago)

Due to a train with mechanical problems at Lafayette Av, northbound  trains are bypassing Lafayette Av.

Allow additional travel time.

My first alert about this came at 9:17am, with a mechanical problem on train at Clinton-Washington and all uptown ©'s running exp from Broadway Junction. Then this one came with no gap in between and its still in effect.

Did someone derail?

since the D fastrack is coming back what are they gonna do on friday 4/12 since they yankees have a home game?  the first 4 days are fine since they are in Cleveland.

Doesn't affect it since Yankees game is on Friday and FASTRACK ends Friday morning 5AM.

The north of 168 is being closed for all weekends in the month of April.

Due to rail replacement at Sutter Av, there is no  train service in both direction between New Lots Av and Utica Av.

As an alternate customers are advised to take the B15 bus.

The outage between QBP and Times Sq has plenty of alternates. This one doesn't look to be fun.

They'll be STOPPING there, they just won't be OPENING there.

Yep. Just add back a city line stop (225 St?) ...I don't think the bus should be making local stops in Queens. Its an express bus meant to get people from the subway to Nassau faster during rush hour, the local is always there.
