Thanks for explaining IRT I wont do it again sorry. If I could I would edit all those posts and say "post deleted", but I cant. once again sorry IRT is my fault . Ill just make my own signs from now on! Its better than changing them!

If you want to make bus signs, that's fine. Use the fonts found on this website and you can start your own bus signs thread. Don't make them huge, give it a reasonable size and you're set.

Now that this thread was somewhat revived, and because requests are moving slow and RTS CNG Command himself gave me permission to help out with backlogged requests, I tried my hand at sign making... It's truly a piece of cake. I managed to make some flipdot signs, and it took almost no more than 2 hours. Take a look if you must:

okay I took the shell of the exterior R160 signs, and kept it as a template. the signs were all IRT's work, so If I modify them Im keeping them to myself (unless its allowed for me to show them :confused:).

That's called art theft. You can't use someone else's work without their consent. Clearly, during my absence, you didn't ask me if you could modify my work. I would've said "yes" if you asked me first. Keep in mind that I won't tolerate art theft at all.

Yeah, you just promoted others to steal my work posting the templates. I don't even use yellow for all LED signs, let alone the other 16 colors I have.

 

I removed them from photobucket, but if they still pop up on the page them something is wrong with photobucket.

Whenever an image from photobucket is removed, if linked, the image will still appear for a few hours.

 

tl;dr post, I know... I will finish making backlogged signs hopefully by Monday, and afterwards, I will present a lot of gifts most of you are waiting for. I won't reveal them though, but feel free to guess.

My XP desktop suffered a "Disc Boot Failure", so I have Windows 7 as a replacement for a few days now. I'm still fiddling around a bit and getting used to the drastic changes...

What if Third Avenue were made into an +SBS+ corridor, and you had the route combined with the M15 +SBS+? From Fordham Plaza to South Ferry, the trip would be about 2 hours, comparable to the M5 route.

The BxM15. This route goes from South Ferry in Manhattan to Williamsbridge/Gunhill Rd. This route stops at all the SBS stops on the M15 and stops at all the Bx55 Limited stops/old Third Avenue EL. The Willis and Third Avenue Bridges are how the BxM15 travels from one borough to another.

Hmm... would a SBS Express service make sense? That's one hell of as long route. :eek:

My apologies for the delay... it's very hard to do a thing when my PC decides to stop responding for 10 seconds everytime I do something, whether it's visiting a new website, double clicking, etc etc... it's really annoying. Plus, add internet problems I had last week.

I always thought about how long the commute would be if the Bx55 were to be extended to Manhattan, making former stops of the former 3rd Avenue Elevated on the East Side.

No more 30-day unlimited metrocard for me. $104 is too expensive in my opinion.
