Well, there are reasons for the 2 diarrhea references actually. The one reference about White Castle, someone I know doesn't like WC because it makes 'em "run to the bathroom"

The second one, about McCrapnalds, is just one in a series of names after the 2 days of non-stop pain, running (to the bathroom) and profuse vomiting caused by ONE BURGER AND YOGURT from there.
