Flatbush killed those 96xx just like when the 88xx came UP gets the junk after its run down. LGA has a ton of ex UP original still running its easy to blame the maintenance if u dont look at all the facts.

9229-9249 were original to Gun Hill. They were displaced by articulated buses, at about the same time that 5075-5124 were displaced from GH as well.
5075-5099 is doing there second trip at UP they joined 5100-5124 at FLA.

Well they got the 9300's Express RTSs Brand new.... They got 4840-4869 Brand new, EN took 4840-4854 from them. 4855-4869 + 4899 were the only new original batch they were left with. You mean S.I. Killed 4870-4898... But 4899 isn't at U.P. its been gone for almost a year because the Engine TA put in there (Truck engine + City transmission) Killed it all together theres a tranny that goes with that truck engine but transit wants to be cheap.
I was talking about locals 9074-9110 were the last new locals, before this order. I have no knocks on the express side even though the same thing happens.

Let's not forget Ulmer Park has been a dumping grounds. For years theg got seconds hand garbage and fix them up. There original Nova are still running at MTA BUS. GH gave those horrible 88xx turned them into gold almost. The 47xx from Amsterdam were shot they still got them past average with there age.
UP has to work with what they have and 4855-4896 were killed by CAS, Way before UP got them be foreal. Queens has way more subpar garages with newer buses..

The Metro Wiki site can be pretty inaccurate since anyone can alter the info so I don't trust that site when it comes down to knowing which bus is at which depot.
I second that I already found to inaccuracies. They have 6097 & 6340 at two garages at the same time how is that.

Its always somebody speak there mind, with no regards to peoples feeling. Be a man and handle the check you mouth dishes out. To many emotional men on here...it seems now that somebody it tired of the whining u scared.

It's not an even swap tho.... JA are losing those NGs...
There's NOT enough 97 Novas to cover the loss of LFS's to JA
NG's and Novas to QV...
Novas to UP...
JA gets LFS's
Jamaica still ends up short unless they aren't sending ALL 49xx's to UP...
UP has 72 1997.

I dont think JA is going to move there NG. If UP Sends 45 93xx & 94xx there are enough LFS nobody will be short. In the end it will look like this.
9390-94?? TO QV
8045-8089 TO JA
4900-4944 TO UP
I dont know where all of these shortages are coming from. Seem like a simple even swap.

Wonder what is causing all these D60s to come back from storage... shortage perhaps? (I apologize if I am super late in comprehending this situation)
Also, I wonder if more stored D60s will come back; it's so strange to see 1300 and 4705 back, and especially 5392.
I think the MTA is finally getting it stop scrapping buses so early. The hybrids crappin out might be a big part also.

It looks like it the swap changed 93xx,94XX TO QV LFS TO JA 49XX TO UP.seem a little bit more fare then just taking JA NG. QV just got 90 new buses even though the NF & 3G didn't stay.

I have Been a rider of both the B2 & B7 both routes have decent ridership. why not combine both routes by doing that u can save both the B2 & B7 from the chopping block. cost wise u give both routes more of a meaning now u have another option for south brooklyn. With only a minor Re-Reoute u can streamline the Route.
Toward KP
Current B7 Routes, Left on E 16 st, Current B2 Route to Kings Plaza
Toward Bedford-Stuyvesant
Current B2 Route, Right on E15 st, Right on Kings Highway, Current B7 Routes to Broadway & Halsey
Nobody Riders the B7 to CI Av anyway plus u still have the B82 so u don't lose any service.

That makes more sense then Breaking the ZF up again if your not moving them all to the same garage. The 94xx should make there way to say WF unti they get there C40 to at least kill of there 1996 Novas. I would have said FP but when CAS get there 3G there suppose to send the NG to Kill of most of there 1996. Maybe even FLA could use some to kill there 30 or so 1996 off.

I think the 4300 will be shipped that would be a pertty young fleet with the 43XX & the pervosts.

They should sent out the 1997-98 to FP or FB to knock off those 87XX-92XX left. After the 90 new buses it will be 80 RTS left we have about 50 1998 & 50 1999. Send those 30 1998 to FP that will leave them with less then 20 1996 NOVAS left.

Yes, the CNG infrastructure was completely decommissioned.
Thanks bro then nevermind for that plan.
0 -
That is NEVER going to happen though. LGA no longer has CNG capacity, and College Point will not be going to diesel.
We are talking about infrastructure here. Not a simple bus order. Besides, it it were anywhere remotely close to true, I would have heard about it long ago. But seeing as it's not even possible, is a different topic in itself.
Carry on with the topic. No need to even discuss this further because it couldn't be farther from the truth.
Tru does anybody know if all the equipment was removed from LGA before u just say it a no go. Just because they repaved the spot where the station was does not mean all the equipment is gone.

Did they remove the whole system or just the surface equipment there could still be useable parts left. Not saying its ture but nobody though this 270 buses order would happen so don't rule it out yet.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I believe 9225 started its life brand new at Gun Hill. I know a bunch of 9200s up to 9249 did.
Yes sir #9200-9224 went to 126 & #9225-9249 went to GH

They are going to either 240th yard or Livonia yard to increase service on lines by 120 cars
U kan bring back the there are 12 free trains even though it won't happen.

Fresh air for 9100 being in brooklyn 15 years.

@ least #5024 is back home but this time in south brooklyn.

5024 & 5025 are not replacements , they are ours now for the buses weve lost . If we wouldnt of lost 5075-5077 & etc then we wouldnt be getting different rts . So far 5078-5099 are not going to quill but for now they are with us until further notice .
Is that not what a replacement is ?. Since UP lost 3 buses #5075-5077 to MJQ they got 2 back #5024-5025 from MJQ as replacements.
0 -
Maybe #5024-5025 are #5075-5077 replacements and #5078-5099 are not being sent to MJQA. I don't think because one buses goes the whole set is being swapped out I'm just saying.
