First of all, welcome to the Forums! If you have any further questions, would you mind posting in this thread? It would be appreciated.
Second, to be on the safe side, before you report to Zerega, I would take the tests again and get a new Commercial Learners Permit (CLP). When you report to Zerega, just make sure you tell this to your Instructor in the classroom on Day Zero. They usually ask this towards the beginning of the session.

It's probably because you are a "new member" since you just joined the site within the past week.
I would give it some time, and, after about a month, I would try to send a message or two. If you're still having trouble, let us know and we'll look into it. Things have happened in the past - although it's been a while, we don't want any repeats of any prior incidents - trust me.
