My suggestion is that you go to a school bus company that will train you to get your class B.

I found out, by a friend of mine, that they consolidated MaBSTOA and NYCTA. Same pay, same benefits. Which ever agency calls me first, I am not turning down. Give me a bus and I will be in my bliss!!! Lol.

I did also. Patiently and anxiously waiting on the results!!!!

I had the Brooklyn map. A lot of people had trouble with the Brooklyn map. It was a piece of cake for me. I found out the Queens map was much easier.

Which is why it is a good idea to work for another bus company that can train you to get your CDL in the meantime. That way, you can get practice in a large bus. It makes sense. That way, when the MTA training takes place, you won't be so nervous. Keep active until they call. It helps.

I know all about the extra board. A little of every line is required.
