QueensCzar248 Posted December 28, 2009 Share #26 Posted December 28, 2009 Technically, I believe the New York City Charter states it is illegal to take a photograph of any city employee. But I always take pictures of anything in plain view on the trains. And when I'm stopped by cops, most of them just ask what I'm photographing and tell me to be careful and not fall on the tracks. But I always stand my ground with employees or cops if they're in the wrong. I just ask for a supervisor to respond if they have a problem.
