The "Horndog High" teachers might want to dust off their resumes.

 

The city is gearing up to charge two Brooklyn romance language teachers with professional misconduct, three months after the News reported they were busted naked together in an empty classroom.

 

Spanish instructor Alini Brito, 30, and French teacher Cindy Mauro, 34, were removed from James Madison High School in November after a janitor stumbled on them in the middle of what appeared to be a lesbian tryst.

 

The two tenured teachers were yanked from their classrooms and immediately sent to the so-called "rubber room" pending the outcome of an investigation.

 

Department of education officials said Tuesday the allegations have now been substantiated by the Office of Special Investigations.

 

"They face disciplinary action," spokeswoman Margie Feinberg told the News, though she wouldn't provide details about the incidents.
