Bronx-bound trains will run on the line between the Nevins Street Station and the 149th Street-Grand Concourse Station. Please expect delays in Bronx-bound(1) and and Manhattan-bound train service at this time. I don't understand why "bronx-bound'(1) trains would terminate at 14th if the problem is at Chambers.
