Bronx-bound and train service is terminating at the Nevins Street Station. There is no(4) and train service between the Bowling Green Station and the Nevins Street Station. Maybe the smoke condition was just after Bowling Green(like in the middle of the tunnel between Manhattan and Brooklyn).So trains were probobaly still able to terminate there.
