You shouldn't be trash-talking about NYC Transit Employees anyway because of how "rude" they are to you. Heck I've had rude employees, but I just go away and forget about it. You really need to think before you post. You're basically another reason why (NYCT) Employees don't like the public in general. You don't listen to directions, you just keep going on with your camera, (if that seems to be the case). If the station agent was really rude to you, then yes you do have the right to file a complaint, but from what I see here, you were wrong for not following her directions, so the s/a had every right to react that way. If I were you, I wouldn't be posting another story like this anymore. If it does happen again, (hopefully not) then forget about it and move on.
