R44 CNG Posted November 9, 2010 Share #3 Posted November 9, 2010 Nice, so let me understand, set your ISO to lowest and aperture to highest number basically choose a long shutter speed based on the subject
metsfan Posted November 9, 2010 Author Share #4 Posted November 9, 2010 I set my ISO to 60 or 62 one of those ones, and manual exposure using a wired remote. Oddly enough, focus was on auto... Just happened to be able to pick the right spot 98% of the time. Definately one of the things i love about this camera vs my old one and my 770SW. - A
error46146 Posted November 11, 2010 Share #5 Posted November 11, 2010 lol nice job! in my experience you cant shoot the moon with Auto...i have to have it on manual exposure and focus (otherwise it'll be blurred and overexposed)
metsfan Posted November 11, 2010 Author Share #6 Posted November 11, 2010 lol nice job! in my experience you cant shoot the moon with Auto...i have to have it on manual exposure and focus (otherwise it'll be blurred and overexposed) The moon is a bit difficult due to haze over the creek & high altitude clouds, that night there was a mild haze. - A
