Freddie Johnson was already on lifetime parole when he was busted Wednesday after allegedly molesting a woman on a crowded Manhattan No. 6 train. The serial sex offender, who has a 57-page rap sheet, was the first in Manhattan, and one of only a dozen across the state, to be placed on life-long parole, sources said. The state attorney general's office had argued Johnson, 49, was too much of a risk to release from prison, even if placed on strict, lifetime supervision.
