w8Hou Posted January 4, 2011 Share #1 Posted January 4, 2011 From NY1: The MTA's inspector general has launched a storm probe, seeking answers on the snow situation and more: Why were so many lines knocked out? And why did it so long for everything to come back? Is MTA going to be ready for the upcoming snow storm in less then 3 days?
mark1447 Posted January 4, 2011 Share #2 Posted January 4, 2011 Yeah Jay Walders is gonna be ready.... In his house... He will have a Big box of hot coffee(Extras just in case runs ou) below his desk, a few extra blankets, a nice warm slipper and his newspaper sitting there doing nothing.. Plus a few extra woods for his fireplace, while everyone outside is stuck on the subway, bus and railroad. (MTA)s better do something and hope it works! Y2Julio Posted January 4, 2011 Share #3 Posted January 4, 2011 The LIRR did the worse if you ask me. The MNRR shutdown after the LIRR and was back in service before the LIRR.

I thought it was just the NH that got shut down while the Hudson/Harlem was running hourly?
