Tinamarie Posted February 5, 2011 Share #1 Posted February 5, 2011 This morning on the , the trains going to Middle Village were stuck and would not move. This meant that due to this, there would be no Manhattan bound train. Everyone was waiting at least 20 minutes until the conductor said that there would be no trains due to Switch problems. I don't know if anyone went through this this morning, but it was annoying. Question is, how does a switch problem happen and how does it affect the trains movement? Thank you. There are many ways that switch problems can happen and they create a dangerous situation and trains can move over them until it's corrected.
