I just called and after running a few tests with no improvement they said for me to get a new modem at my local TWC center. I have a 3-4 yr old Toshiba cable modem. Hopefully a new modem will increase my speeds, if it doesn't then it has to be the outside line coming in from the street. There are a lot of squirrels around here, lol.
