CPBO Posted November 1, 2011 Share #1 Posted November 1, 2011 A spokesman for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority said the man was struck by a G train around 7 a.m. Tuesday. The individual was removed alive and taken to a hospital. F service was temporarily disrupted between West 4th Street in Manhattan and Stillwell Avenue in Coney Island. G trains were turned around at Broadway in Brooklyn. All service was restored around 7:40 a.m. It was not immediately clear how the person got on the tracks.
