Changes to the B,G,M and W lines coming soon.

I heard & read that the B & W trains will have it's weekday evening hours extended byand hour and a half, the weekday evening M train extended to Broad St & the G train extended to Church Av.

 

Maybe you transitbuffs or subway workers might have heard or know on when these service changes will begin & does Jamaica Yard now have enough subway cars to extend the G train to Church Av.

 

Your help on this is greatly appreciated.

Well the ones on the (, & was supposed to start this coming up Sunday (06/22/08) the day out new pick was start, but was put off until 07/27/08. But now this date is up in the air, until the TA can find them extra money they need to put in the service increase. The TA was banking on the Congestion Pricing money for they changes, but since they lost it you guy don't get what you were promimested with the Fare increase. The TA board members will vote on if they have the money on 07/24/08, if they vote yes they have the money then the changes start, if no then you know what happens. If this happen all T/O and C/R will have a new pick that will show the old information. SO if you want these changes to go thought start writing

letters to the Baord, Presdent and who ever else you can think of right now.

 

As for the thats still is up in the air as for a start date.
