Amtrak7 Posted September 19, 2012 Share #1 Posted September 19, 2012 http://mta.info/mta/news/books/pdf/120919_0830_Governance.pdf This month's corporate Governance meeting contains an interesting action item... -Move from 11 to 8 board/committee meetings a year -Combine the NYCT and Bus Co committees -Split the LIRR and MNR committees, hold joint meetings twice a year. -Hold 2 public forums/QA sessions a year I have mixed feelings about this. The public forums are probably going to be mobbed, violent, and raucous, moreso than the hearings since they are actually Q&A sessions instead of venting points.
