BreeddekalbL Posted March 5, 2022 Share #1 Posted March 5, 2022 How bad is the bus operator shortages where you are In my backyard I was talking with my driver friend the one who got scolded on that route where leave on time your early and leave early your on time etc. they are short pretty bad to where supervisors are driving to meet service and drivers are bolting to an agency south of where I like that pays them more and is looking at expansion, in Lee county they pay only what should be minimum wage and the agency to the south Collier county cat bus pays $21-22.
