No where else to turn for old browsers

First post  here out  of frustration with the MTA (and various other  big wigs like Chase Bank, Facebook...etc) website.  I have been  in the city since 1994. The MTA  fare system has gone from coin tokens to OMNY. There seems  to be no regards  for people still using a desktop or a laptop from home to access point-to -point travel itinerary. (trip planner). The latest broken page for me  happened  2 weeks ago,  when the page https://new.mta.info  stop showing the point-to-point function  on my laptop. with ANY browser. It was just no where to be seen. When i click on the link to give feedback,  https://contact.mta.info/s/customer-feedback  it comes up blank page. In fact everything else comes up blank page. There was no way to reach MTA for this kind of complaint. All other links were pointing  to Twitter,  whatsApp, and all sorts of venues outside of  my  range.   It's as if they completely shut the door on a group of MTA Customers.   I understand technology is  changing,  but I cannot be expected to use only a smart mobile phone in order to use the MTA. (yes, the point-to-point function shows on a smart phone, but  no,  I cannot  install Whatsapp on that smartphone.)

Does anyone here have a way of telling the web-designers to make things backward compatible?  It's not right to discriminate  against people who prefer older technology.

Thank you in advance.

If you look next to the service status on the MTA website, you can see an option to input your travel directions. As far as telling the web designers of the MTA to make things backwards compatible is concerned, it happened during the website update transition. But that has gone from being beta only for a while.
