mac5689 Posted December 6, 2008 Share #1 Posted December 6, 2008 does anyone know what happen on the Montauk Line between Sponek and Patchogue? i woke up listening to Walk 97 and they said that the Montauk line was closed from Patchogue to Sponek and that they were using buses instead. this was some time between 5:00 to 6:30 AM. and by about 7 everything was ok again. they gave the reason as there was a person on the tracks?, is that right. its been a bad couple of weeks for the Montauk line, first they bypass the Mastic station because of a Cab driver being killed then this.
