did you guys see the annual arrow cars to dc sunday? they also used the marc train up this way. This all for extra trains for amtrak on sunday after thanksgiving. 

What up with the F train to Coney Island Saturday afternoon?

I was at Penn Station on the A train going toward Jay street. I want to take the F because of the express service to coney Island. Believe me, i made a mistake here that you don't need to tell me about. Anyway as i was at Jay Street, a C and another A train came thru but no F. I waited 30 minutes for the F train. After it finally came we sped to 4 th Ave then local to 18 ave. We then sped to King Highway  and crawl to switch over at Ave X. Then normal to Coney Island. 

i guess someone need more coffee or was falling asleep

unusual situation for the first time i seen this post

The one thing my friend told me when he was working for njt. People wait for trains and busses. Trains and busses don't wait for you. 

can anyone tell me why 834 is the only bus route that have a stars in the back of the bus. all the other like 817, 831, 832, 833 and 835 have the number in the back. It just the 834? i find that weird.

also i think the destination sign should say highland or red bank at all times since most of the trips run via new monmouth road. They should add via tindall road instead when they need to cut thru that street. I understand tindal road was the main road before the township want the bus to pass the senior citizen on new monmouth road. 

there was a robbery near that stop and suspect fled on track and got hit by the on the southbound track. he surrender to police. 

Passenger was hit by a train at 65th Street.

I noticed there a huge gap in station stops between 72 and 55 street.

Also i think it would be good idea to connect the tunnel south of hanover to the J or R in case of mishap somewhere. 

I know this sounds like a dumb question but this Wednesday, after I finish my classes, I am going to Best Buy at 23rd Street & 6 Av to pick up an item. I haven't been there in years and I know my way around. I know I have to take the or at Chambers St & get off at West 4th Street to catch either the or to 23rd Street. When I do go home, I will obviously have to take the or back to West 4th Street & transfer to the . If the arrive at the station, I will take it to West 4th St & transfer to the . But if the arrive at the station instead, would it be better to take it & get off at Jay Street-Metro Tech & catch the there or at West 4th Street?

take it to jay street why climb the stairs when you can walk across the platform.

Was wandering what up with all these R train terminating at multiple places at different time.

We all know that R train main terminal is 71 Ave. On weekend now they extended it to 179 St. At night it usually  run to 36 street now it running to whitehall? What up with all this crazy changes even if temporary?

i find this strange and stupid. I was at the Mets game about a month or so ago. I was heading to Manhattan and the weirdest and stupid thing was they announced the Q60 bus service to laguardia. Why they waste space when you going to manhattan and it was the fourth stop on the line from main street. Who would be stupid to go that way to catch a bus to go to laguardia.

they should done this. make the longest route ever. leave 57 Street toward Coney Island and continue toward prospect park hehehe

fast track had expanded to august. i noticed that this year fast track is 2 week long on each segment. i wander why they thinking like this

Due to problems with electronic platform gap fillers at Whitehall St-South Ferry,  trains are running with delays in both directions.

maybe all this happening that railroad clock and your clock is different to one another. 

customer injuries can bypass the station. One word make a difference. 

Due to a customer injury at Franklin Ave and Propect Park, the stations can not be used due to NYPD activity.

0n Jan 20, NJT is expanding it Quiet Commuter Cars from 6 am to 8pm on all lines. Some train lines used the usual first cars to Hoboken and last cars away from hoboken. The NEC and NJCL uses both first and last cars. The Bay head shuttle uses first cars in both direction.This is new. I have to laugh at the Atlantic City  because going to AC will be the last cars and first car going to Philly. Why aim i laughing? It next to the engine. You call that quiet? On RVL they mention about quiet commuter cars is designated but they did not say which car.

i was looking at track maps in the city hall loop area, i noticed there are two tracks that goes under the loop. does anyone know where it take you to? or any info on that tracks?

that what i was trying to figure out fresh pond thank. i was wandering where he got that idea.
