  1. The line ran from 21-Queensbridge to Howard Beach-JFK using the 6th Avenue line in Manhattan, and the line from West 4th Street to Howard Beach. It only stopped at major transfer points like 34th Street. I made up my own yard, I guess you could make your own, the creator wasn't specific.
  2. Would someone be nice enough to make a map for the above routes?
  3. No offense, but that comment about taxis seems a bit snobbish. You say you THINK that you can speak for the residents, but I am sure you are not their public advocate. There may be some residents who want to use the bus. However, if Yorkville dosen't want to use the bus, then it can bypass that neighborhood too. (P.S. These are fantasy routes!)
  4. Couldn't you use the FDR to get to the RFK (Abbrevations!) since it's a super exp?
  5. Most people who post here forget the original requirements, so I decided to repost them.
  6. Here is the finished RUSH HOUR PROJECT for subway expansion. Purposes of lines: 10/Amsterdam Ave: Lines will supplement 8th Ave & B'way line services, mainly between 57 Street & 191 Street, due to Super Express service between 59 Street & 125 Street on & and overcrowding on (1)/(2)/(3). (Cars: R40 Slant & M, R44, R46, R160, R211.) 5 Avenue: Lines will supplement East Side services. (Cars: R62, R62A, R33A & R36 (Redbirds) before 2003, R142, R177.) : Direct service to Battery Park City from Brooklyn. (Cars: R46, R211) (V)/(U) & (Y): To alleviate crowding on (J)/(Z) line & better service Woodhaven, Ozone Park, Lindenwood & Howard Beach. New Yard at Decatur St for Y train. (Decatur St Yard) To clarify the P/X Manhattan corridor, I made this map: CLICK The only diference is that the lines go up Amsterdam Ave between 57 Street & 110 Street. Specific routing details coming soon.
  7. Couldn't you extend it further north to 72nd Street & York Ave, or even 91st Street to service Yorkville & the Upper East Side.
  8. Lol, but not a bad idea! P.S. Here is my fantasy RUSH HOUR PROJECT subway expansion plan: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1zDkEJ1d0N4DOh6jpW-S7sDP6zzaIBt1k7Uo9ax-M86I/edit
  9. Click here for my new fantasy route, the B50. Other info: Hails from East NY Depot. Uses RTS Buses, Orion VII Next Gen, Nova Bus, articulated SelectBusService & reg size. Click here for an alternate express version, the BQ1. (Operated by MTA Bus.) You can tell me which one you think is a better idea. Both routes will serve the purpose of providing direct service from the airport to the East Flatbush/Flatbush/Dwntwn Bklyn areas. P.S. Would someone make a consolidation map with all Brooklyn bus route ideas and post it on this thread? (including my B50, BQ1 & B53)
  10. Thanks for the map! You do have great ideas & skills. Now that I see it, it is a very long route!

  13. Click here for my fantasy route, the B53. If someone can make a map for this, I will be greatful.
  14. Also, this may stretch the route a bit, but couldn't you use Union ST between Beard St & Court St?
  15. About the B28: It's a great idea, but Clarkson Ave is a really small street. The B12 has some trouble getting through there already. Couldn't u use Lenox Rd after Albany Ave?
