    i keep hearing from people that i have working there that alot of people about to retire so it will open up more jobs. we will see. 2014 might be the year for everyone.

    I spoke to the person in charge of recruiting and they told me that the list is valid until 2015.

    From what I know it's more pay for tier 2. I will have the guys that work that position chime in. One has to join this forum.

    3 more people til i get called. On another note 2 of my coworkers started their spot in the Railword Stockworker spot. One got Tier one and the other is Tier two.

    I do the same job for an airline so i had no problem in the experience department.

    I know i havent heard anything yet and im # 5. On another note i applied for Transit Police and they called me back to take the test. I have to fill out the paperwork 9/21 for it.

    I did the urinalysis in Jan and I’m waiting for a call back for the position I put in for (waiting for people to retire is what the recruiter told me) so I’m guessing that I will have to retake the urinalysis. All that was done is you go in to the lab in the same building, put your outer garments in a locker, and go in a bathroom n pee in a cup.

    Few of my peoples i told to apply for the railroad stockworkers position got it. They will be working out of Coney Island Rail Yard. I shouldve put in for that spot too. I didnt know you can apply for multiple jobs at the same time.

    So i spoke to the guy in charge and he told me the same thing Viper said. He said as more positions become available they will continue to call people.

    Man I was looking for some one that was up there with me in Jan. Viper every time I call to speak to someone the guy is never in his office. I don't understand how they have people sitting in limbo like this with no type of correspondence. How did you find out only two got hired?

    All my boys that put in for the RAILROAD Stockworker Assistant got mail yesterday.

    I was # 4 but got a letter saying that im # 5. I havent heard from MTA since i took the pre interview. Not even employment knows whats going on. Im just gonna wait and see.
