The 1 and 3 rule was done years ago from what I heard. But you are right about them not rating a score below 88.25. 1-347-643-8229 I asked in previous posts about the starting salary and I was told $30 an hour as well. I guess some people don't know what their talking about sometimes or they misunderstand you. I guess $20.96 is the "STARTING SALARY" in school car. But for how long? Btw, what range are you in the 1000's???

Thanks 4 that info... What type of medical insurance does the TA offer to it's employees? Empire Blue Cross, Cigna, HIP, or GHI????

Do we get vision & dental insurance? I know we get medical. What type? And when does that kick in? I believe it comes with the union dues.

So I heard on here, that you are in the union right away. Like the first week of school car. My ques is how much are the union dues? Are they automatically taken out of your check or direct deposit or do you have to pay in person?? Are the dues paid on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis???

How do they investigate your last job you had? From what I heard the MTA is not as technical as the NYPD, but I can be wrong. How does the investigators from HR handle that?

I know the standard medical examination is vision, hearing, blood pressure, and EKG. Anyone WHO went through this process can please explain if other things were checked. Like taking a tube of blood, looking with a light in your eyes, ears, mouth, and listening to your heart & lungs with a stethoscope????

Btw, how much are union dues? Is it paid on a per week or month basis?? And is it deducted from our salary or we have to go somewhere and pay it in person???

Once your finally sworn in. When are you measured for uniforms? What type of uniforms are given to you? And are you charged for it?
