If I'm not mistaken the C comes outta PitkinThe B and C were switched for yard reasons.
And the B is split between Concourse and Coney Island
The Southern Terminals are fine especially for the C
If anything a few sets of C's would lay up in the Bronx
And B's would just lay up in 207th
The same space the C takes up now in 207th
The B could easily take that up

How can you have a bi-directional express with only 3 tracks?
Bi-Directional meaning AM/PM peak Express
AM it's going to the city Express
PM it's going to Bronx Express

I would switch the Northern Terminals of the B and C
The C would go to the Bronx (Bedford Park Blvd)
The B would go to Washington Heights 168th St
The reason for flipping these terminals are to provide more
options north of 145th St
The C going to the Bronx would make the C have some type of relevance
besides just shadowing the A and there are Bronx riders who would enjoy a 1 seat ride
to 8th Ave
The D would now be fulltime Bi-Directional Express in the Bronx
The B going to 168th give riders north of 145th St in Manhattan a 1 seat ride to 6th Ave
There are riders from Inwood and Washington Heights that would enjoy a 1 seat ride

ENY still has about 7-8 LFS's left that have to be transferred over to Jamaica8119 is still at ENY.
Once Jamaica can find a place for the NGs they have left over
And ENY gets more RTS in... then the rest of the LFS will come to Queens

I would seriously send the Q7 to the Post Office in JFK... it doesn't have to run down Rockaway
It can go around the back... 150th to 148th
148th to North Boundary Rd... North Boundary to The Post Office
It can still go thru the Cargo Area...

What about the order of 92 LFSAs? Does anyone have an idea of what depots they will be assigned to... I know for now 5439 is at KB but what about the rest?

I think they should put them on the ....The in my opinion is in desprite need of 10 car trains....
Check the Mean Distance Between Failure stats... the R46 is doing better than what people think
It's the R32s and 42s that really have to go
The 32s for mechanical reasons... the MDBF is so bad that it's actually costs more to keep them around but compared to the issues the 42s are dealing with (leaking roofs and compromised undercarriages) they really have to go asap
As soon as 12 or so 8 car trains of 179s come in... then we'll really see the end of the R42s
The 32s would still remain around until the R211 order

Hey isn't JFK and I'm talking about the actual depot worst when it comes to relabeling buses. I remember a few D60's rolling around with New York City Bus, and a Manhattan bus map a while before they ever changed it. Even the RTS's it takes them forever to relabel them. I saw one on the Q8 recently with New York City Bus on it and I think that had that one for a while too.

The LFS killed off all the 96 and 97 Novas...I already know that, but I though Jamaica didn't want any Hybrids anymore so I thought Jamaica and QV would swap buses and Jamaica wouldn't have to deal with anymore Orion VII's. It will probably be a while before ENY gives up those buses to Jamaica.
What I find interesting is that Jamaica had a nice chunk of LFS's order but even with their order done they still have like a ton of RTS left as well.
I thought this would mark the end of RTS's Queens except for MTA Bus.

5421 is on the Q10. There were one or two others in the past few days.

I thought QV would get Jamaica's remaining NG's in return bumping some LFS's to Jamaica.
The LFS's Jamaica are waiting for aren't from QV tho

Being that the B15 and the B82 are going be artic routes

Yeah....good luck getting those people to give up their parking spaces. If the people along Merrick Blvd protested, then it's going to be about the same on Guy Brewer Blvd. Especially by the projects.

I remember when it first came out, it was a QV bus. Those 4900's have been in every borough except SI of course
QV swapped the 4900s for JA's 9500s at the time...
QV ended up with 9300s and 9500s
While JA had the 4900s and 5100s

Loaners then.... most of the RTS they have are from either ENY or JamaicaA handful of recent D60 moves and the WF 503x RTS don't have WF stickers, yet they are still assigned there.
Also if not mentioned, 6851 CS to QV, 4691 JA to CS.

4976 is STILL in West Farms... seen last night on Bx464914, 4973, and 4976 WF to JAM. 5134 JAM to WF.
5134/5136 is in Jamaica
4968 returned to Jamaica.
If the RTS's weren't logo'd for the depot loaned to then we can't say it's a move
Most of Jamaica's loans to WF are exactly that... they aren't staying and every couple of weeks
they get swapped out for another RTS
