  1. So what your telling me is that your not allowed to set the mirrors any other way only on the pivot or rear duals? Let me ask you this when backing are you able to see the sidewalk? I would say just before you see the sidewalk stay turning the wheel but you must watch your front side make sure you don't make contact with anything by the front door. If done correctly you should be able to align the bus along the sidewalk. I hope im making sense is actually an instinctual thing once you get it.   2. I remember I had this issue when I was training with gryhound. How I over came the problem was by placing my spot mirrors on an angle that would show the position of the front wheels.   10. Ok so that means that applicants are required to take OA exam even though its posted for TA. Also RTS do you know if those 2TA exams consist of a civil service exam reason i ask is to prepare.
  11. I read in the past from other post that NYCTA usually hires faster than the other agency's can anyone say that is true
  12. If 4600 is indeed for TA does anyone know if it requires a civil service test? Im new at this hope its not too silly of a question.
  13. Thank you for this bit of info i have been driving buses for 13 yrs. I guess the best thing as an experienced driver is to be humble and act like you know nothing else other than what is being told to you.
