I said for phase one to be extended to 63 St and stop there, to ease crowding off the , and for phase 2 to extended it to 125 St not 96 St.

On the plan, 96 St extension is Phase 1, 125 St Extension is phase 2, is phase 3 , extension to Hanover Square is phase 4.

You know, why don't they extend the to 63 St first as phase one, then extend it to 125 St as Phase 2, and then add the for Phase 3, then finish the to Hanover Square
