  1. Confirmed all this info on the 19000's today.

    19001-19030 are Rockland Coaches
19031-19037 are Trans-Bridge Lines. They did get 7 buses, one more than they were scheduled to get. Both 19031 and 19037 confirmed on the Trans-Bridge Lines app.
19038-19067 are Academy. 19051, 19056 and 19057, possibly also those buses in between, are running out of Toms River. The higher numbers are running out of Westampton.
19068-19097 are running out of Wayne Garage. Some buses of this batch received their state inspections at Newton Ave. Garage.
19098 delivered but I don't believe it's run in revenue anywhere.
19099-19117 are presumably built but have not been delivered to NJT yet.

Last ive seen it was at that meadowlands parking lot...That was a few years back tho...But i really dont know what  happened to NABI 5757,5919..Havent been in service  for a few years now

State inspection database notes that this bus was last inspected on October 11, 2011, and it failed inspection on emissions (tampering). Facility noted as Foley Cat of Piscataway. Odometer reading was 986, barely more than the distance from Newark to Anniston, AL, where the NABI buses were built, so I'm doubtful that 5919 ever saw revenue service.

    Well 19003 is au9915

Thank you! These plates haven't hit any of the lookup services I use (Carfax, Autocheck, and Vehicle History. The plate is actually AU-991S :)

    update 11/6

Except for 19022-19023 and 19029, as of Monday, November 5, buses 19001-19030 are inspected and ready to go. VINs end with KP015208-15237 on these 30 buses.

VINS have been confirmed (for the most part) throiugh KP015285, but some are missing, perhaps D4505's for other customers, or maybe 40 foot buses - I haven't checked yet. If all of those buses are for NJT that takes us up to 19066.

Yes to my surprise as well; there are 45 footers running on the 316 and 317.  18127 and 18129 are on the 317 and 18128 on the 316 as of this morning.   None have been used yet on the 409.

I always thought that the 317 - a poky, 3-1/2 hour ride through southern NJ making practically every local stop between Asbury Park and Philadelphia, including Joint Base MDL - thrived on older equipment and didn't warrant anything more than a 40 foot bus.

Anyone know if the new buses on this route have restrooms?

18122 and 18123 are on the 559. Are these loaners or will they be assigned to Egg Harbor Twp?

Also 18010 and 18011 were sent down the AC Expressway from Washington Twp to Egg Harbor Twp...I am assuming they're just there for the summer.

I am going down to Toms River today so I will look for any of those buses.

18125 is on the 559 right now, around Stafford Twp. heading towards Lakewood

Well year one went very well for MCI. So do you think the next batch will be 19,000 numbers ?

Actually that was year two of the contract. Year One was 17000-17184. Year Two is 17185-17240 and 18001-18129. (I think 17185 is non revenue training unit above and beyond the contract.) As with last year, there may still be a bunch of 18000's before the 19000's start rolling off the assembly line.
