    Oh so round trip is considered 1 trip so like from the 7 from yards to main street, and then main street to Hudson yards would be 1 trip? How many trips are usually in a 8 hour shift, I know it varies but give or take how long would you say?

    Well doesnt neck size and weight not really correlate because somebody could just have a larger frame and be healthy as a horse

    You and I both I'm stuck doing security until MTA calls my list number then I'm out lol I'm in the mid 1400s so hopefully they start calling for classes soon only 100 plus people until they reach my number!!

    What do you mean that leaving signal is at danger, and if the t/o buzzes once then we can close the doors and do we always have to wait for the t/o to buzz?

    Usually the amber lights at the station tell them to stay at the station and most likely the t/o tells the conductor not to close the doors yet. Since he cant see if the light in front of the train is red green or yellow.

    13XX and I believe they'll send the 2nd PE through the mail, I did my first PE back in November and I'm still waiting for the second one as well. I believe they'll send us our 2nd PE when they get closer to our list number.

    Yeah because they're currently on list number 820, so they been passed your number I would call them asap next class is April 29th

    Okay because apparently on the other forum I'm on the conductor position is on a hiring freeze as well

    I was close as hell to getting called also and now there's an apparent hiring freeze like really....

    I feel the same way I feel like they did the hiring freeze right when they were about to reach my number as well which is the high 1400s

    On yeah makes sense you'll be making a crap ton more money than an MTA conductor. What's your list number anyways is it low or really high?

    Does anybody know the max top pay for conductor I know someone listed it but i forgot to save the file.

    Okay good I thought they would just speak to you and then you have to guess what's important and what isnt, because some professors in college are like that lol

    Do they write stuff down like they do in schools on a white board so you can copy stuff in your notebook and etc?

    I would say go with what ever calls you first, that's what I'm waiting for but during the pre-employment for Conductor they told us we need to take exams as well and need at least a 70% and a 100% on last exam. If I remember correctly.

    You're 100% correct you need a 100% on the signal exam if not you get the boot
