And you haven't received a second one yet... they expire every 3 months

That is about the same for me. I did my first PE in May of 2018. Didn't hear back until Nov  2018 to come in and do my second. Now i am going back on Feb 5th to do my third.

These are 2 separate lists and you have to go to each one respectively of each other. I'm on both lists too and have been to PE's for both of them. Conductor called for medical first and I went to Schoolcar for that. If you look at my previous post above......this another way these list numbers move so fast. Because I took Conductor, my spot on the T/O list will go to somebody else. If my math and guess is correct I should be called for the next T/O class.

If you guys want a good guesstimate of when you will be called.......I've noticed the pattern has been about 120-150 from the last number called....give or take 20 or 30 to fill a class of 60.......this isn't written in stone.....just a pattern I noticed since list #1.........

How long after medical did you go to schoolcar?

Btw sorry guys I meant to say I have my PE for conductor next Friday I'm on both a TO forum and conductor forum so I got confused on where I was posting.

But I did the OPA for conductor 6601 back in April of 2018 and now I have the PE for conductor next Friday, does anybody know how long the process usually takes from PE until you get sworn in?

It has been almost a full yr  for me. I too did the opa in April of 2018. I will be doing my 3rd PE next week. List 12**.  I have over 200 people they will need to hire before they get to me.

They're also probably looking for any discrepancies thats why I took a picture of every single page of my first time going to the PE in November. This is off topic but would it be a problem for doing a process with TO and Conductor, because I have my PE for TO next Friday.

    Idk

3rd time damn that sounds really annoying I heard they do that because the drug test expires every 3 months or something like that.

Yes and the paperwork expires in 90 days too. Atleast that is what the guy told me. My first time I went was May 25th of 2018.. I expect to do this atleast 4 times.

See that’s what I’m talking about, does that mean they possibly looked over me? I’m. 26XX and haven’t gotten anything

No it doesn't mean they overlooked you. When I went for my OPA.  The supervisor there told us. The computer uses the scores, list number and a part of your SS# to send the opa invites. I am list # 12**. I took the OPA in May of 2017. At that time I had people there with list #'s of 4k.

Can anyone provide me with some info. I am lost number 32XX. I took the OPA in April on 2018 and I have not heard anything back. Is the OPA  pass/fail exam? How long can I expect to wait after the OPA to hear anything. Also, will I be notified by mail or will I just get a preemployent letter next if I passed/

Any info anyone has will be appreciated.

    Thanks !!!

It took 6 months for me to get the results of my opa. You will get a letter Pass or Fail. Then shortly after I got my results. I got my pre-employment letter. Hope thos helps.

    Hey All

Is there any way to tell what number they are up to on the list?

Is the OPA BEFORE the Pre-Employment?

How long after the OPA do you get your results?

How long after OPA do you do the drug test?

I really been just trying to just go through 2018  without stressing.

My list number is 26XX...any chance to get called in for spring or is it way to early

Sorry for all the questions but please I’m really lost with all of this

Tried calling DCAS and automated system hangs up after punching SS and Test #

    Thanks everyone

Last list hire that I heard is 898

OPA is before pre-employment. Took me 6 months after opa to get results. It pass or fail.

At pre-employment you also do drug testing. I got called back for second pre-employment and drug testing 7 months after I did it the first time.

My list # is 12**. And I have been to pre-employment and drug testing 2 times. The people at the hiring office said you will have to do it every 3 months until they call you for medical and bring the homework back. If you have not even done the opa. I think spring is to soon for you.

Hey they probably won't call me for medical until summer.

    Hope that helps you.....

Cool, I did the pre employment back in like May. But I’m 155x so I’m guessing I have to do another drug test like you. When they get real close to my number. So I guess if u going now that means u expected to get called within 3 months

I hope so. Wanted to know if I had to fill out that dam packet again.

Yeah, I took my first PE Drug Test in April, then they called me back in the middle of July to take it again. There are people up to the 800s in the school car and my list# is in the 900s so I'm optimistic. They need a lot of train personnel so we should get our shot soon.

When you went for the second drug test. Did you have to fill out the pre-employment packet again?

Sorry man, it has private information. But check your spam box regularly. It came for me on my regular inbox.

Can you atleast show what email address it came from so we could be on the look out for it. Or put it as not spam.

I've read people on here saying that there is no weekend differential, but on the notice of examination it does say that there is both night and weekend differential. Anybody in transit know if there is in fact weekend differential. If so, how much?

The lady at the pre-employment said. That anyone hired their days off will be scheduled M-T. We will be working weekends with mandatory overtime. She didn't mention that part.
