    7507 is apparently also going through repairs due to an accident. If they wanted to send 8356-8357 to Jamaica, they could just send 7550-7551 instead.

    Someone mentioned that 4009 is OOS. Whether it’s retired or pending transfer to MTA Bus Company, it appears like it won’t be in passenger service at Manhattanville again.

    I’ve been wondering the same thing, currently with the four NG’s at East New York. They can easily transfer them to Fresh Pond or Flatbush and exchange them with XD40’s.

    Manhattanville has been sending XDE40s on the M31 a lot. I wonder why they don’t send their LFS HEVs instead…

    It’s unknown. Some people think it’s to familiarize Gun Hill operators with New Flyers to prepare for the XHE40 delivery. I’m pretty sure that’s false.
