Hey guys I just received a car to go to Livingston on March 11, super excited, been three years waiting for this moment, does anyone know what to expect so I could do my best to get it right the first time?!

Yeah cuz they went and extended the older lists, so we got pushed back, not gonna hold my breath until I see someone here gets call or myself

They usually do, followed by a Mail in letter day yes later, they made the list a while ago, wonder if this means they are going by to start calling

Just got a call from them today about this exam for the second time, saying they are in immediate need for drivers, anyone else get it?

I literally just passed a training bus in far Rockaway on Newport Avenue, does anybody know what depot/union that is?Seems like they are still hiring, and going through those lists

Aw man 2xx, and with such a short list, I’m surprised and excited, I’m ready to give it all I got, been seeing a lot of training buses lately, and the news keep showing stories that they mta needs a lot of new hires, I guess we’re lucky the pandemic made this happen, but it’s been hell these last couple years, anyway good luck everyone, everyone I know who’s employed tells me the same thing, this job changed their life for the better, and they’ve never been happier

Well after going back to look at my canvass pre employment application I know I’m screwed, I didn’t put a signature in the last spot for the drug testing portion, so this’ll be my last post, good luck to everyone, hopefully TA will call soon

@N3Grosame, 9618 hasn’t made any moves, and this 0100 I handed my pre employment in June, It’s annoying, I’d like to just have a yes or no answer already!

I noticed a pattern, they usually e mail on Wednesdays, if anyone is still waiting, that’s most likely be the day of the week you get an answer

So I got a letter today post marked after the 6/28 deadline for the canvass, stating that I completed the bus operator selection survey, and that I’ll be invited to their facility once positions become available, I finally took care of the cdl permit, so I’m just hoping I’m one small step closer, I know it’s a long process!

I also took the nyct test, they haven’t called yet, I’m just wondering if the hiring process is the same, and is it better or the same? I live in the BX so. I figured mabstoa was a good fit

I need help on this, I passed the general knowledge and passenger endorsement for my cdl, do I need to have air brakes as well? I’ve been getting mixed answers everywhere

@+Young+ hey man thanks for answering all the questions, so I sent them my pre employment packet back completely filled, the only thing is I don’t have my CDL class B permit yet, I pass the exam I just need to get the physical done, and plan to do so this Saturday, so I should have my full CDL class B permit by Monday, Covid made things really difficult ,will I get automatically disqualified?

Would ez-pass violation tickets prevent someone from employment?

Just got the pre-employment call, gonna fill everything out, but I don’t have my cdl permit yet, I’m scheduled to take the test July 2nd, is there any way to go ahead to them, because I have to fill in the form by Monday
