  1. You just need a watch that tells you what time it is that's it. 40$ seems like a lot for that! Don't get any sort of smart watch cuz that's not allowed
  2. you wouldn't be allowed to use a laptop in class. I recommend having a printer though. There are a few things you gotta print out once in a while.
  3. yes but I don't think it's because of Covid. The 2009 T/O exam was extended until end of 2017 so I can see this going until 2024
  4. I wouldn't print it out honestly. Imagine they make you print out all the other books. That would be insane.
  5. OMG!!! Congrats!!! They dont have any books?? not even at the school? Did they give you a pdf version?

  8. you can edit the post and change it. Just click the 3 dots on top and click edit.
  9. True. Although I'm XL south and they send me mostly to stillwell. Once in a while I go to Ditmers or 96 SA. A couple of times to Concourse. Overall it has been much better than XX
  10. Why do you think XL is rougher than XX? It seems much better to me. Not too much commuting. Never on board. Fixed tours and rdo and you always work the same 4 lines.

  12. You are only there the first week. Am tour is 4 am to 12 pm. Pm tour 12 pm to 10 pm, midnight tour 10 pm to 4 am.
  13. no you don't take the drug test yourself, you do it there. You don't send the documents either you just bring them all in.
