duh lol. Thank you! Another question. As a rookie conductor, do they place you based on your test score (higher score, do you get to choose your division?) also, do they push OT on newbies right away? Thinking of processing for it (working 5 years in another city agency at the moment). Thank you!

Good evening, I noticed they have scheduled an open competitive examination for sometime 2023- possibly 2024. I have a few questions. Is the hourly starting still 24.33 (or has it went up?), 2) how long to expect a call back? and lastly, should i take the conductor job (if offered/called off list) vs waiting for Train Operator open competitive exam? I have a question. I currently work for the city but would have to resign to accept the provisional offer following the testing period. Due to the large need of bus operators (hence the 4 exams), will they keep me on board until they call me from the list/how long will the list take to establish? This would be a great opportunity but i don't want to end up losing this job in 8-9 months. Thank you

Good afternoon, I have several friends who are currently in the classroom portion for T/O & I was told that due to the number of retirements/class room fails, they still need hundreds of Train operators. What is the timetable for another exam and will it be much quicker as the needs grow? Thank you for anyone who can help me with this!
