I wonder, why is foreign language class necessary to schools?

  Truth to that would be that I find me using my Spanish and French skills most every day. And with a lot of new UCR students who moved from Japan riding the bus I may have to learn a new language.

  i hated my language class. it was my worst subject in hs. I wished it were optional instead of being mandatory.
