I was walking home and I see this dude shoveling snow into the street, where it was plowed from. Either he is really ignorant or he's just a retard.

  It was smart for him to do that...the street is hot...well hotter than the sidewalk...and besides its the street...that little sidewalk snow isnt going to effect anything...also..when vechicles drive over it...it will melt the snow...and now the sun as of 5:30 is melting it...or even gone.
