B35 via Church Posted March 24, 2010 Share #26 Posted March 24, 2010 If they elimate BxM4C, W20 and W21 LTD are busy and crowded.W20 and W21 is always late. one has nothin to do w/ the other... BxM4C passengers aren't thinking twice of possibly taking the BL20/21 (to the to get to manhattan)... that's where I do agree w/ DOB2RTO... it is a class thing...
